Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I arrange a quote?

The quickest way to arrange a quote is to phone us on 9495 1292 or you can complete the Web inquiry on the ‘Quote’ tab.

2. How long will it take to get a quote and is it obligation free?

Quotes are usually provided the next day, however, if we are in your area we may be able to arrange it that day. The quotes are obligation free.

3. Can you give ‘approximate’ costs over the phone?

Unfortunately we can’t give ‘approximate’ costs over the phone. There are so many factors which impact on the cost such as the type of tree, its size, and most importantly the location and available access, which make it difficult to give an ‘approximate’ cost.

4. Once I accept the quote, how long will it be before you commence the job?

We usually commence the job within 3-5 days of acceptance of the quote. However, depending on the size of the job and any special job requirements it may be up to 10 days.

5. How will I know when my job is being done?

If a day has not been agreed to at the time of the quote we will contact you the day before to let you know.

6. Do I need to be home when the work is being done?

If there are no property access issues there is no need for you to be at home when the work is being performed. However, if you have locked gates or pets left outside you will need to be home at the time the team arrives to commence the job.

7. What do I need to do with pets?

Noise from the chainsaw and the wood chipper may frighten some pets. It is advisable that your pets are kept inside whilst the work is being done to ensure their safety.

8. Do you do stump grinding on the same day as the tree removal?

Stump grinding is usually carried out within 48 hours of the completion of the tree removal, due to safety factors. Mulch from the grinding process is left on site and is ideal soil improver.

9. Do you remove all tree cuttings or prunings from the site?

Yes, all tree cuttings and prunings are removed from your property and we clean up any leaves and sawdust etc. created from the works performed.

  • Option 1 – Cash or cheque
Pay at completion of the job by cash or cheque to the team leader on the day who will give you a receipt.
